Different variants of the prostanoid system response under paroxysms of tachycardia in patients with ischemic heart disease presenting with preexcitation syndrome are believed to be not only a manifestation of etiological and pathogenetic differences--they also reflect particular features of the state of the neurohumoral control on the whole in the nosological forms studied.
