[Our experience with surgical treatment in chronic subdural hematomas]. 1999

Intracranial hematomas cause high mortality and 10-15% reoperation. A new surgical policy in this pathology is suggested. Due to the use of this method, blood flows out of hematoma cavity during the operation and postoperative period. This method allows to avoid postoperative complications.
