The management of a home-living aged patient needs the general practitioner to keep in mind some specificities that may change in the course of time. Besides "classical" pathologies, seniors have to be subjected to the progressive reduction of their autonomy. Our job goes by the regular questioning about initial strategy and adaptation of this to the modification of our patient's conditions of life.
