[A new observation of crossed aphasia in a right-handed man]. 1975

The observation of a crossed aphasia is presented in a right handed man. These troubles of the language appeared, following an anterior right temporal lobectomy for ablation of an oligodendroglioma. They are in accordance with the classic data of the litterature as much as by their clinical features than by their evolution.
