Epidermoid cyst of the third ventricle. 1976

The authors report a case of a cystic epidermoid of the third ventricle in a young female presenting with headache and mental disturbances. The cyst filled completely with gas during ventriculography and was subtotally removed through an interhemispheric callosal-splitting approach.
