[Congenital pseudotumors of the kidney (author's transl)]. 1976

Congenital pseudotumors of the kidney represent a relatively common urographic finding. Their pathological urographic, and angiographic characteristics are discussed. As a rule a definitive angiographic diagnosis of these benigne lesions is possible and chirurgical exploration is therefore rarly indicated.
