Article deals with the experience in using of real way hygiene for improvement of the work conditions for railway workers. Positive influence of hygiene on the scientific and technologic progress in the studied branch of industry was approved. New scientific and industrial structures in hygiene and health care of the railway workers may be created during the construction of the new economic relationship.
