We report an adult patient with multiple congenital anomalies including absent right arm, short stature, and scoliosis who has been trained and successfully performs continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis independently. Motivated patients with end stage renal disease and various anomalies should be considered for peritoneal dialysis training.
