We know much about the biologic activities of the immunoglobulin molecule. We know its structure, and much about its function. However, I think that surprises are still ahead of us. As we become more familiar with what the immunomodulation doses of IVGG can do, I think we will find other uses of IVGG relying on antiidiotypic antibodies and possibly other cell-mediated functions.
