[Determination of magnolol and honokiol in different processed samples of houpo by HPLC method]. 1992

Q Yu, and J Sheng
Shanghai Institute Materia Medica.

HPLC was applied to determine and compare 17 samples of Houpo processed in different ways: sauted with ginger juice, dipped with ginger juice, boiled with ginger juice, and so on. The results provide a scientific basis for screening the best processing technology of Houpo.
