Muromonab-CD3 is currently being used in transplant patients to prevent or reverse graft rejection. It is important that nursing guidelines for its proper usage are understood before the administration of the drug. This article overviewed dosage considerations, side effect profile, and other nursing implications regarding the use of muromonab-CD3.
