[Study of the functional state of the hepatobiliary system in the dynamics of treatment of patients with peptic ulcer]. 2005

Ia M Vakhrushev, and I V Mufazdalova

There was a complex study of the functional condition of the liver and biliary system in 130 patients with peptic ulcer. Thus, 84.6% of the patients had some disorders of the hepatobiliary system. When antihelicobacterial therapy is used, the deterioration of some initially impaired functional parameters of the hepatobiliary system--reduction of the contractive function of the gallbladder, increased cholestasis and increased ALT and AST levels in the blood--are observed.
