Cosmetic upper eyelid blepharoplasty is not a procedure comprising skin and fat resection only. Efficient and effective functional repair of the upper lid requires brow stabilization or elevation, levator aponeurotic repair, lacrimal gland suspension, and cutaneous laser resurfacing when necessary.
