[Determination of cinnamic acid in styrax produced in Guangdong province by highperformance liquid chromatography]. 2005

The content of cinnamic acid in styrax produced in Guangdong Province was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. The results indicate that the content of total cinnamic acid and free cinnamic acid were 35.85% and 8.05%, respectively, which meets the demand of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
