This is a case report of a patient with bilateral labial impaction of maxillary canines causing pressure resorption on the lateral aspects of the maxillary central incisors. The orthodontic treatment plan included extraction of the impacted canines, positioned between the central and the lateral incisors. Six years after the orthodontic treatment, the affected central incisors remained asymptomatic.
