Basing on the experience of phoniatric sanatoria in Austria, Germany, Czech, the authors propose to set up such rehabilitation centers in sanatoria of the Russian Federation which may offer highly professional phoniatric and phonopedic aid basing on climate therapy, balneotherapy, physiotherapy, fangotherapy, spa factors.
