[An improved method of determining the cortisol-resistant fraction of lymphocytes in children]. 1990

The author has modified the method for detecting hydrocortisone-resistant lymphocyte fraction (HRLF) with simultaneous assessment of various lymphocyte populations in microvolumes of venous blood lymphocytes. An essential reduction of the venous blood volume necessary for investigation, accuracy of the results recommend this modification for HRLF detection in practical pediatrics.
