In comparison to the present junction elements of the implantologic-prosthetic treatment of the toothless lower jaw the dental implant stabilized overdenture is a good alternative. The movable positioning of the resilient telescopes needs the observance of the prosthetic criteria. Having only a guiding function the number of the implants can be reduced to two implants.
