The author investigated the primary therapeutic and preventive care of the population provided by the health community doctor, focused on subjects above 60 years of age. A time study of the basic activities during the patient's visit in the surgery of the health community doctor was made. It was found that most care is provided by the health community doctor to subjects under 44 years and those aged 60-74 years. Most time is needed for care of women of advanced age.
