[Pathological diagnosis of the superficial lymph nodes]. 1977

J Barge

A cytological study, by needle puncture, of sub-cutaneous lymph nodes interpreted clinically as adenopathies, sometimes encounters difficulty which may lead to diagnostic errors. A few examples drawn from common practice, permit the authors to emphasize the interest of pathological examination by biopsy which shows the architecture of the tissues and the relations between the various cells and leads more easily to diagnosis of lesions which may be difficult to interpret.
