[Pneumothorax during jet ventilation in laryngobronchoscopy]. 1991

A case of unilateral pneumothorax which occurred during anaesthesia for laryngobronchoscopy is presented. The possible causes are discussed. Pneumothorax should always be suspected in cases of complicated anaesthesia where jet ventilation is employed.
