Measurement of low level photodiode noise currents. 1974

Graphs giving the unilluminated noise current of four different photodiodes under various bias conditions are presented. To make these measurements a system was developed with a noise sensitivity of less than 10(-5)A/Hz((1/2)). The preamplifier used is briefly described.
