OBJECTIVE To report our experience of conservative treatment in four patients with cervical ectopic pregnancy. METHODS Case series. METHODS Academic medical center. METHODS Four women diagnosed with cervical ectopic pregnancy managed conservatively. METHODS Systemic methotrexate alone or combined with subsequent uterine artery embolization (UAE). METHODS Conservative management with decreased rate of serious complications. RESULTS No hysterectomies were needed. One patient required subsequent intervention, UAE. CONCLUSIONS Conservative treatment of cervical pregnancy might be successful with careful follow up and subsequent conservative interventions.
