[Echographic determination of duodenogastric reflux in children]. 1991

A method of echographic examination of duodenogastral reflux in children by means of multiple echographic studies of the gastroduodenal area is described. The presence of duodenogastral reflux is of a raw chicken egg (an acoustic marker) taken by the examinee from the acoustically shielded duodenum after it is filled with a 5% glucose solution, which is attained by a 3-time pressing of an echochamber by the pickup in the area of the projection of the duodenal bulb to the anterior abdominal wall.
