V A Berezovskiĭ, and M I Levashov, and T N Gridina

Sixty patients with obstructive and nonobstructive bronchitis were examined before and after high-altitude artificial climate treatment in a special climatotherapy box. Clinical and functional findings revealed a reduction of bronchial obstruction, increase of pulmonary capacity, improvement of the rate and aerodynamics, increase of local and regional lung ventilation. The results were better in obstructive bronchitis.
