The association of primary biliary cirrhosis and a scleroderma of the CREST variation is called Reynold's syndrome. The case is presented of a 37 year old patient who appears with a digestive hemorrhage due to rupture of esophagel varices and who showed Raynaud phenomenon, sclerodactylia, positive anticentromere and antimitochondrial antibodies and a hepatic biopsy compatible with stage II of primary biliary cirrhosis.
