[Adenylate cyclase activation in KB cells infected by Sendaï virus (author's transl)]. 1978

Adenylate cyclase activity is increased in KB cells infected by a little dose of Sendaï virus. The apparent Km for ATP substrate is decreased from 0.7 to 0.4 mM and the activity regulation is changed. This activation may be related to interactions between virus and cell membrane where adenylate cyclase is located.
