[Late results of surgical treatment of perforated pyloroduodenal ulcers]. 1990

The results of treatment of 171 patient operated on for perforative pyloroduodenal ulcer in follow-up of up to 12 years are analysed. After closure of a perforative ulcer, the bad result was noted in 51.6% of the patients. The performance of the different types of vagotomy contributed to stable recovery in 88.3% of the patients.
