Foreign bodies in the ear and nose are commonly encountered in children. Adults more commonly present with foreign bodies in the ear like cotton plug or matchstick piece. A 20 year old male presented to our emergency with history of accidental injury with a air gun and suspicion of a metallic pellet in the nose. A ease report is presented.
