Transposed premolars, canines, and lateral incisors. 1990

Transposed teeth are not uncommon in dental practice nor are those in ectopic eruption patterns. Such teeth may be managed in various ways. Even with close observation, their course may be unpredictable; indeed, it may be necessary to change the treatment plan during treatment. Several case histories illustrate these situations.
