Kidney transplantation is accepted as the best treatment for end-stage renal disease. Research on factors influencing long-term outcomes shows that kidney transplantation can enhance survival and improve quality of life of kidney recipients. This study applied the methods of literature review and Delphi analysis. The recovery rate of the investigative questionnaire was 100%. Experts variation coefficient was 0.13. Through the statistical analysis, we obtained 12 major influencing factors and 144 detailed indicators final. Through the weighted average, we sequenced the factors according to their importance.

UI MeSH Term Description Entries
D007166 Immunosuppressive Agents Agents that suppress immune function by one of several mechanisms of action. Classical cytotoxic immunosuppressants act by inhibiting DNA synthesis. Others may act through activation of T-CELLS or by inhibiting the activation of HELPER CELLS. While immunosuppression has been brought about in the past primarily to prevent rejection of transplanted organs, new applications involving mediation of the effects of INTERLEUKINS and other CYTOKINES are emerging. D007676 Kidney Failure, Chronic The end-stage of CHRONIC RENAL INSUFFICIENCY. It is characterized by the severe irreversible kidney damage (as measured by the level of PROTEINURIA) and the reduction in GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE to less than 15 ml per min (Kidney Foundation: Kidney Disease Outcome Quality Initiative, 2002). These patients generally require HEMODIALYSIS or KIDNEY TRANSPLANTATION.
