[Experiences with antigen-induced histamine release from leukocyte suspensions and whole blood. Comparison of histamine release, skin tests and RAST]. 1987

22 patients and up to 8 allergens were comparatively tested by means of antigen-induced release of histamine, skin testing, and RAST. We found close concordance between these tests, especially between histamine release and RAST.
