[Immediate reconstruction of mandibular defects after resection of malignant tumors]. 1989

The treatment modalities in our 60 patients with primary reconstruction of mandibular defects after resection of malignant tumors in the last six years were reviewed. 44 patients were men with a mean age of 58.3 years and 16 women with a mean age of 70.9 years. The operative management will be demonstrated, the results and complications will be discussed.
