With all the assistance put in place to help a person in the process of losing their autonomy, why a regression could be observed? Is the care suitably adapted? These issues lead private practice nurses to reconsider their care provision, in terms of activity, collaboration and organisation, in order to adapt the objectives to a specific and complex situation in the context of frailty.
