[Plasmapheresis in the complex treatment of acute pancreatitis]. 1989

After the performance of therapeutical plasmapheresis in the blood of the patients with acute pancreatitis, the concentrations of bilirubin, urea, creatinine++, the plasma toxicity decreased. The use of plasmapheresis in the complex of intensive therapy permits to reduce considerably endotoxemia, facilitates the effectiveness of treatment.
