The very numerous group of the diabetics with final stage renal disease, the peculiar and excess problems, which do not only concern their body, but also their social and psychological state, demand constant efforts for their solution. In this work methods and nursing approaches for these problems in the base of the patients personal care and the nursing process are tried and presented.
