A young, recently graduated nurse chose, as her first job, a position on the archipelago of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon. Through her dual perspective as a young graduate and a native of metropolitan France, we discover the nursing care and the questions she raises, between the proximity resulting from the demographics of the islands and the young teams with a high staff turnover.
