Mandibular-piriform aperture wiring for fractures in infants: report of case. 1978

A case was presented of bilateral subcondylar and parasymphyseal fractures of the mandible in a 16-month-old boy. The case was treated by mandibular-piriform fixation. The advantages of this procedure are described.
