Prenursing club: a recruitment program for minority school-age children. 1989

Career theorists advise that children of elementary school age need career information. They claim attitudes toward many occupations are formulated at an early age. The authors discuss a prenursing club, designed for minority, school-age children to stimulate interest in nursing as a career choice. The role of baccalaureate nursing students in implementing the project is described.
