[A method of studying the vitreous body using Raman scatter laser spectroscopy]. 1989

A method for in situ examination of the vitreous body by the Raman scattering laser spectroscopy without violating the anatomic intactness of the eyes has been tried in 7 cadaver eyes. The examination has revealed an alpha-helix structure and antiparallel beta-structures.
