[Perforating ulcers of the stomach and duodenum in young adults and children]. 1989

Under analysis are data of 36 patients with perforating gastroduodenal ulcers. Five of them were children aged from 12 to 15 and 31 young patients (16-20 years of age). Specific clinical manifestations of the disease in children and young patients are considered. Special attention is given to problems of diagnosing the disease in children and tactics of treatment.
