[Surgical treatment of children with degenerative-dystrophic processes in the dysplastic hip joint]. 1989

V L Andrianov, and E S Tikhonenkov

Operative interventions were performed in patients both with the presence of hip dislocation and with residual defects of the joint after its setting. The best results were obtained after surgical interventions developed by the authors with the use of growing transplants on feeding muscular pedicles. In all 141 patients good results were obtained. The average of the scores according to CITO was 4.41.
