A prospective study was carried out in 29 patients to test the validity of the combined and simultaneous use of isotope cisternography and CT cisternography in the diagnosis of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. One of the conclusions reached was that a combination of the two procedures possibly gives the easiest and most effective diagnosis.
