[Preoperative orthodontic treatment in children with complete cleft, yes or no?]. 1979

The authors investigated the necessity for preoperative orthodontic treatment in cases of unilateral complete clefts. For these groups of patients, they propose a pure surgical therapy instead of the preoperative orthodontic treatment.
