Eight cases of ovarian pregnancy are studied from a clinicopathological point of view. In four of them, the presence of an intra-uterine device (IUD), copper-7 type, was known, and the presence of an inflammatory process was confirmed in all of them. The incidence, pathogenicity and possible relation to contraceptive methods were studied.
