Tracheostomal reconstruction using a fenestrated deltopectoral skin flap. 1988

Tracheostomal stenosis following laryngectomy can prevent satisfactory rehabilitation of a patient, and may be difficult to correct. A reconstructive technique using a flap within a deltopectoral flap to treat this condition is described.
