J L Galvani
Service de chirurgie viscérale, Centre hospitalier territorial Gaston, Nouméa.

The author reports on two cases of plastic surgery having demanded a graft of a musculo-cutaneous flap: one at the level of the pre-pubic region following a gangrene of the soft part of the perineum in a woman in childbed. the other at the level of the skull consequently to a fronto-occipital scalp after a car accident. The author points out the techniques, and the post-operative cares which are of primary importance in overseas conditions.
