[Use of delto-pectoral flaps in extensive loss of cervico-facial tissue in oncology practice]. 1977

Five years of use of more than 200 delto-pectoral flaps have shown its great qualities in repairing vast losses of substance from the cervico-facial area. The techniques of application are very varied and depend upon the cases to be treated.
