[Comparison of three serological methods for determination of antistreptokinase following fibrinolytic therapy (author's transl)]. 1978

H Knöll, and D Gerlach, and P Knöll, and G Vogel

By means of three different reactions, precipitation, passive haemagglutination and the determination of antifibrinolytic antibodies the formation of streptokinase antibody after streptokinase treatment was investigated. The earliest antistreptokinase we found with the passive haemagglutination reaction at day 4 on the beginning of streptokinase therapy. Precipitating and antifibrinolytic antibodies were found at day 7. One patient did not develope precipitating, an other formed no haemagglutinating streptokinase antibodies, the reason is discussed.
