From the analysis of 113 results by the destructive procedures and particularly stimulation therapy in the central nervous system the conclusion was made, that their effectiveness is depending on the memory mechanisms of the spinal cord or brain. So a new idea about the organisation of memory functions was created. It shows, that the mechanisms of memory during the development of central nervous system gets improve. This is a reason, that each evolutionary level of the brain and probably each nervous structure have their own characteristic memory capability. It is necessary to calculate with them, especially in the interventions on the limbic system and hypothalamus and in the stimulations therapy on the spinal cord level, cerebellum and thalamus.
